SHIPPING:

• Pan India Free Express Shipping for Prepaid orders. 

• Pan India Standard Shipping for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with ₹49 Charge. 

• Order will be processed within 48 Hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

• Estimated delivery time will be in 4 to 7 days for Express Shipping depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or courier issues.

Exchange & Return Policy

• Kindly note that all exchanges are accepted only for size issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
• A small ₹99 fee is charged for exchanges to cover part of the shipping cost. We pay significantly more to our courier partners and do not make any profit from this charge.
• Size exchanges are provided for sizes up to 2XL only. We do not provide exchanges for sizes above 2XL (from 3XL onwards). Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
• Products purchased under offers like BUY 3 GET 1 FREE are not eligible for exchange. Please check the size chart before ordering.
• For hoodies and sweatshirts, if you need a size exchange, you will have to pay a shipping charge of ₹200. Please check the size chart before ordering.
• We do not accept any returns. However, if the received product is damaged or you receive the wrong size or color, we will provide a hassle-free exchange with the correct product.
• In case the customer receives defective or wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us.

Note:

• It is mandatory to capture a video or photo before opening the package or handing it to our courier partner.
• If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer will need to self-ship the product(s). Shipping charges up to ₹100 will be applicable.
• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) are in unused condition with all tags and original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation request for your order can be made within 3 hours of placing the order through the Cotton Canvas support email: support@cottoncanvas.com.
• If the order has already been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Things to Consider

• Customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
• The color of the product(s) may vary slightly based on the customer’s screen resolution.
• Please provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
• If the customer receives a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, they must raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For safety, we strongly recommend making an unboxing video of the parcel.
