Exchange Policy:

We offer 5 days exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional pickup cost.

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues.

  • Please notify us within 2 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • Reverse pickup typically takes around 2 working days.

  • After receiving the returned product, we conduct a quality check.

  • After quality check we dispatch the new product to you.

  • If there is a price difference between the original and Returned product, the difference amount must be paid.                                                                             

  • Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.


Replacement Policy:

At Cotton Canvas, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (wrong print, damaged print, stitching issue, stain, or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video). After verification, we will promptly ship a replacement product.

  • Please note that product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.

  • Since all products are made-to-order (custom cutting and printing), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is processed.


Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation request for your order can be made within 3 hours of placing the order through the Cotton Canvas support email: support@cottoncanvas.co.in.

If the order has already been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.


Things to Consider:

Customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

The color of the product(s) may vary slightly based on the customer’s screen resolution.

Please provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.

If the customer receives a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, they must raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For safety, we strongly recommend making an unboxing video of the parcel.
