1. Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders: We are pleased to offer Free Express Shipping on Prepaid Orders within India.

2. Order Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order is estimated to be delivered within 5 to 7 days for Express Shipping, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges on COD Orders:  Pan India Shipping for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with ₹25 charge.

5. Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and stay updated on its status.

6. Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, some delays may occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team at support@cottoncanvas.co.in for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order to avoid any issues.
