SHIPPING:

• Pan India Free Express Shipping for Prepaid orders. 

• Pan India Standard Shipping for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with ₹49 Charge. 

• Order will be processed within 48 Hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

• Estimated delivery time will be in 4 to 7 days for Express Shipping depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or courier issues.

🛍️ Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for size issues, and requests must be made within 3 days of delivery (including the delivery day). Please note: Only one exchange request can be processed per order.

A small exchange fee of ₹99 per product will be applied to cover part of the shipping cost. We pay more to our carriers — this fee simply helps us offset that cost.

Exchange Process:

• Notify us within 3 days via E-mail or WhatsApp (details below).

• We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.

• After receiving and quality check, we’ll dispatch your new product.

You may exchange for:

• The same product in a different size, or a correct product of the same value.

• If the new product’s value is higher, the difference must be paid online before dispatch. Colour exchanges are not available.                                                                                                                  
• Size exchanges are available up to 2XL only. No exchanges will be processed for sizes above 2XL.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

For hoodies/sweatshirts, we do not offer free exchanges. If you need a size change, a ₹200 shipping charge applies. Please review the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

All our products are made to order, just for you — hence, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is processed.

Our team ensures every item passes strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you receive a defective or wrong product (e.g., wrong print, cut, or visible damage), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement product promptly.
