We offer a 3-day Exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional pickup cost.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Reverse pickup typically takes around 2 working days.
After receiving the returned product, we conduct a quality check.
After quality check we dispatch the new product to you.
At Cotton Canvas, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (wrong print, damaged print, stitching issue, stain, or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video). After verification, we will promptly ship a replacement product.
Please note that product colours may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.
Since all products are made-to-order (custom cutting and printing), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is processed.
The cancellation request for your order can be made within 3 hours of placing the order through the Cotton Canvas support email: support@cottoncanvas.co.in.
If the order has already been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
The color of the product(s) may vary slightly based on the customer’s screen resolution.
Please provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
If the customer receives a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, they must raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For safety, we strongly recommend making an unboxing video of the parcel.
